We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or images are error-free or that all items will be available at all times.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product details without prior notice.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed. In such cases, we may cancel or adjust an order and will notify you accordingly.
Payments are processed securely through our payment service providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance of the order. An order is considered accepted only after it has been processed and shipped, or confirmed as ready for local pickup.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors, or violations of these Terms.
Shipping
We ship orders within Canada only. International shipping is not available.
Shipping carriers are selected by Your Holy Land Store. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Personalized & Custom Items
Some products, including personalized kippahs, are custom-made to order.
- Personalized items require additional production time
- Production time for personalized kippahs is typically 4–6 weeks before shipping
- Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Customers must wait for a confirmation email indicating that the order is ready for pickup before arriving at the store. Orders will not be released without confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Shipping & Returns policy.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Personalized or custom-made items, used items, opened religious books or ritual items, and clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Holy Land Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
