Shipping

Your Holy Land Store ships orders within Canada only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We ship using trusted carriers operating within Canada, including:

  • Canada Post
  • Purolator
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The shipping method and carrier are selected by Your Holy Land Store based on the order and destination.

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Processing times may vary during holidays or peak seasons
  • Personalized or custom-made items (such as personalized kippahs) require additional production time and are typically completed within 4–6 weeks before shipping
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with tracking information

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination
  • Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier service
  • Carrier selection is handled by Your Holy Land Store
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Please wait for a confirmation email before arriving for pickup. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this email before arriving at the store.
  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase

Personalized Items (Important)

Some items are custom-made or personalized and therefore require additional production time.

  • For example: Personalized kippahs are made to order
  • Production time for these items is 4–6 weeks before shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and are happy to assist when possible.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and religious reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (including personalized kippahs)
  • Used or worn items
  • Clearance or final-sale items (where marked)

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be requested for eligible items, subject to availability
  • If an exchange is not available, a store credit may be issued at our discretion

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos, if applicable

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
